Shopify or WooCommerce — which platform is right for me?
Shopify is the easier choice if you want a fully hosted, low-maintenance store with built-in payments and 24/7 support — ideal for most small businesses. WooCommerce (built on WordPress) gives you more flexibility and lower ongoing costs if you already have a WordPress site or need deep customization. We'll recommend the best fit during kickoff based on your products, budget, and technical comfort level.
What if I have more than 50 products?
The $499 package covers up to 50 products. If you have a larger catalog, we can quote additional product upload batches at a flat per-product rate, or set up a CSV import so you can bulk-upload the rest yourself after launch. Either way, your store will be fully functional on day one. Just mention your catalog size when you contact us.
Do I own the store after it's built?
Yes — 100%. The store is built on your account (Shopify or your own hosting), under your domain, and handed off to you with full admin access. We don't hold anything hostage. You can manage it yourself, hire someone else, or continue working with us — your choice.
What does ongoing maintenance cost after the 30-day support period?
After the 30-day support window, maintenance is not included in the one-time fee. We offer optional monthly maintenance plans starting at $79/month, which cover plugin/theme updates, security monitoring, minor content edits, and priority email support. You're not required to use us — many clients manage their own stores after launch with no issues.
Can you help drive traffic to my new store after it launches?
